Good to know
- Page size: choose A4 or Letter for printing and forms, or "Same as image" to keep photos as they are.
- Auto orientation: landscape photos go on landscape pages and portrait photos on portrait pages.
- Phone photos: the rotation saved by your camera is applied, so nothing ends up sideways.
PNG files keep their transparency. Other formats are embedded as high quality JPG. Very large photos are scaled to 5000 pixels on the long side so the PDF does not balloon.
Your files never leave your device
Most online PDF sites upload your file to a server, process it there and send it back. Pagefold loads the PDF engine into your browser and does the work on your own device. Contracts, ID scans and school records stay with you, and there is no upload to wait for on a slow connection.
